Sport Clips Haircuts of Apex

I took my son to get a haircut today. We joined the lineup well in advance and were supposed to be next when we got to the store. We got to the store and waited for about 15 minutes. The stylist came and took our name off without saying a word and skipped us. It's not my style to leave negative reviews, but this situation is just too much. I've had multiple bad experiences at this place, but I always gave them another chance. This time, however, was the final straw. If you need a haircut, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Don't waste your time and money on a bad haircut here. You might as well head to the Great Clip down the street for the same quality hairstyle at a cheaper price. ---- In response to the owner's comment, I want to share that the Holly Spring location is my favorite

I come here every few months for a haircut, and it's always a clean, welcoming environment. I highly recommend Arica or Bree—they're both incredibly outgoing and experienced. No matter the style, they always do an amazing job!

Was there about 3 weeks ago and cut was ok. Went back again today, same stylist and she butchered my hair. Nice lady but did a butcher cut today. Didn’t know how bad it was until I got home and combed it out. I even tipped her. My problem!
