Booked the 80 minute couples massage and had an amazing experience! The front desk gave a tour and we had time to relax with a steam and shower before heading to the Zen Den to wait for our therapists. Lacey and Desi were friendly and professional, I know Lacey was putting in work to get my shoulder knots out! We are staying at the hotel as well, highly recommend getting an early morning service for a more exclusive atmosphere, the locker rooms and waiting are were busy after our service.

Nice and Simple! Excellent Specials Packages. My husband and I booked the Marina Night special to enjoy 4 hours of spa time with the purchase of one spa treatment priced at only $135!! I received the 50 min. Mommy to Be massage and he got the 50 min. Noble massage. Our treatment services were good, but the instructions on how to access all of the amenities was not clear. My husband waited almost an hour in the “zen den” waiting for someone to retrieve him while I was getting my massage, but no one came. It was not until my massage was done that we were told that the pools and jacuzzis were located outside. It would have been helpful to have received a tour at the start of the experience. It is also worth noting that the steam rooms, gym, pools, and jacuzzis do not belong exclusively to

Not at all worth what I paid. Over $700 for a couples experience. My partner did not enjoy his massage. The lounge was unimpressive. The spa amenities were subpar. I have been to spas all over Southern California and with that price tag I had certain expectations. Completely fell short.

Had an amazing experience at SpaTerre for my birthday 🎊. Kalli and the other staff members were so kind, accommodating (since I needed additional accommodations), and attentive. They really made sure your time spent is relaxing and memorable.

Kimberly was so friendly and helpful. It’s hard to go anywhere in San Diego these days without either being vigilant and suspect or having someone look at you funny. It was great to just be treated with kindness and respect as I entered to buy a gift for my friend. Very thankful for the opportunity. Thank you. Also found a little something that I really wanted as well:-). And reasonable ta boot:-)
