If I could give it no stars I would. I want to preface this by saying that all of the professionals in Spark are INDEPENDENTLY CONTRACTED and this review is in no way relevant to any of them. This review is for beauty professionals looking to rent a suite. RUN FAR AWAY FROM SPARK. Management/Ownership is extremely unprofessional and do not do their job correctly. Within our first year there we dealt with a broken AC everyday (I had to buy my own portable AC unit to keep my room within a workable temp otherwise my room would get up to 82 degrees), toilets in the bathroom overflowing (feces would literally be floating on the bathroom floor for hours before someone would come and take a look), unlawful entry by maintenance (maintenance would walk into our rooms at any time with no notice and

I've attempted several times, stopping by in person and going to the website, to find a hair stylist. Nobody will ever talk to me. There's nobody there to greet people. I have my number to the manager before they were open and was promised she would give my number to a stylist that would contact me. That was 6-8 months ago. I can't remember how long ago it was.

Safe, clean, beautiful property location. Love that my stylist is easy to get to off Baymeadows at I-95, and right next to Starbucks!
