After 3 years of pandemic work from the fining room table, I took a gamble and found a private office workspace here at Spaces. That turned out to be the best decision ever. That gamble was over 3 years ago and im still happy camper and love the atmosphere. Christina and Bryony at the main desk are quick with a good morning or aftwrnoon always making my day. The location can't be beat and the facilities and spaces (no pun attended) still feel brand new.

Small businesses beware: I've been trying to get a refund for my deposit for over a year and half, and it goes nowhere. "I've escalated it to my manager", "We've forwarded it to our operations director", "Fill out this form and we'll get it processed right away"...it doesn't matter who I talk to, or what threats I've made, they haven't released a deposit to a small business owner per their contractual agreement. It was a great place to work before it was acquired by Spaces, but since then, the quality of the amenities has declined, and the customer service is obviously not a priority. I would not recommend renting space of any kind from this company. Perhaps a negative review will get their attention.

I had a great tenure with a lounge subscription and private office rental at this location. Kaleb, David and James all were friendly, helpful, and great managers of the space. It’s clean, quiet, and a great place to work - right in the heart of downtown. Would stay here if I wasn’t moving !
