Spaces Water Garden

I love this Spaces location! I've been working here a couple of years and I'm more than happy with it. Great feeling of open space, a diversity of workspaces, lots of windows, lots of light and a wonderful front desk staff. Toni and Claudia are super helpful, really nice and always have a smile on their face. It makes the environment pleasant and inviting. I truly look forward to coming here throughout the week thanks to them and the overall vibe of the location. I can honestly say these elements make me more productive (which is why I no longer work from home!).

I’ve had my office with Spaces at their Water Garden location for a couple of years now. I could not be any happier with my experience. The front desk team is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They do a fantastic job taking care of the facility, the tenants, and the shared space. If you’re looking for a private office or a shared work environment, definitely look into Spaces - Water Garden.

I’ve been a multi year, multi location customer of Spaces and Regus, and my experience with the Water Garden location in Santa Monica has been by far the worst. The staff, especially Dominique Carter, have been consistently disrespectful, defensive, and unwilling to help. For months, I’ve been trying to reach someone at this location to fix an account issue caused by Regus entering my email incorrectly when setting up my account. Because of that error, I’ve never been able to access my account or receive important notifications. Every time I call, I get routed to a call center that promises a follow up, but no one ever resolves the issue. When I finally got a call back from Dominique Carter, I was met with rudeness instead of assistance. Rather than helping to fix an obvious system error

I have been working in the common area here 3-4 days/week for about two years. The shared space is the best work environment I have ever had. There is always an open table or booth and everyone is very professional and respectful. The desk staff are always helpful and friendly -- and I have to give a shout out to Toni for going above and beyond to solve my internet connectivity issue today. Can't say enough good things about this place or its staff (including the woman who always keeps it spotlessly clean).

The Reception Team at the Water Garden are exceptional, always helpful, truly-always joyful, kind and thoughtful when in need for any assistance. Today two of the ladies were themselves mopping up the main food and water station flooring, as some careless individual left a faucet running, wet floor signs were quickly posted and and the situation managed, kudos to their professionalism.
