What can I say about Spaces Lehi . . . I leased a small private office for one year from September 2024 to September 2025. Kendra and the employees are great. It's a nice building. The parking is great. The gym is great. The location is perfect. The up front rate is pretty fair. Sure, they use nice young employees to keep you from talking to the decision makers about issues. They are picky about the house rules sometimes but let other people totally get away with nonsense other times. They charge you a $4.50 per square foot "restoration fee" even if the space is perfect when you leave, no exceptions. They auto-renew your lease unless you terminate through their website, so be careful. According to several tenants and based on my own experience, they drastically raise your propose

The building is nice, parking is a major plus with plenty to go around, and it's covered too if you want it, has a gym and some game rooms. My office has an awesome view of the valley and the staff—Kendra—is amazing. She always goes above and beyond for things around the office and makes you feel part of the community there. James (sales) is your buddy until you’re signed in, then it’s just smiles and waves, but that's his job. The downside is the corporate nickel & dime game. They hit you with steep rent hikes after your first term, charge a $4.50/sq ft “restoration fee” no matter what, and make it tricky with auto-renewals and billing. Kendra is phenomenal! She has made using an office here great! She is so friendly and personable. She is great to talk to and has been a great help when I have needed anything! Cara is also great! She left us here at Lehi but we still love her!

I signed a workspace agreement with Spaces and realized immediately that it wasn’t the right fit. I called within an hour of signing to cancel and was told cancellation is absolutely not allowed, regardless of how quickly the request is made. I’m posting this hoping that someone at corporate sees it and is willing to handle this in a reasonable way. ***My Response to Spaces reply*** I have already attempted to open a support ticket, but each time I’m redirected back to the local staff I’ve already spoken with. Unfortunately, they’ve been unable to help me resolve this issue or process my cancellation, which is why I reached out here. I’m still hoping someone can assist me beyond the local office, because I have not been able to get support through the normal channels.

Best location and facilities u have experienced in the Regus chain. Helpful staff. Would highly recommend a remote entry option so staff could let people in from the main desk when busy assisting others.
