Crystal is absolutely wonderful. From the moment I sat down with her, she was incredibly attentive and really took the time to listen to my concerns. She made me feel heard and validated in how I was feeling, which I truly appreciated! What stood out most was how upfront and honest she was while still being kind and supportive. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants the best results for them. I left feeling confident, comfortable, and very well taken care of. Went for a diamond glow facial and I saw Jaime. She did a great job helping me feel comfortable and was so professional. The facial felt amazing. After she spoke to me about my skin concerns and offered a free consultation to test product for my sensitive skin and determine the best route of treatment for my concerns.
