Not only is she very skilled and professional, she's also a very kind person and a wonderful listener. That might not be something you'd think to look for in someone providing waxing, but I always leave my appointments with Monica feeling lighter emotionally in addition to looking better. She's worth every penny, I'll never go anywhere else.
