Natasha Foster helped me get a great office space for my company. She is the best and was easy doing transaction.
All sales and no delivery. They will contact you and call you several times to get you to sign a deal and bother you at all hours. But once you sign, you don't hear a peep from them and you get nickeled and dimed on extra fees. For example, if you work after 5:00 p.m. or on a weekend, they will charge you a rate that is the same as not having the service. No issues will get resolved due to the lack of customer service.
Brandan Bailey runs the show here with aplomb. He is simply an amazing human and employee, He even contacted me years after I left to remind me to get my security deposit back. With people like this, I hope that they recognize them talent that they have. Even though I moved to another state, I still miss my workspace. Happiest memories of my life!
I am a professor who signed up for a designated desk for writing purposes. It is a desk in a shared room. First, it is not worth the increase in price. Second, the online help desk has not been very good (with a few exceptions when the Spaces local manager gets involved). I signed up for a room that has a lot of junk in it because the seller of the desk said it would be cleaned up. The junk never went away. The plants in the room are dying (picture attached). Finally, I did not receive my retainer refund within 30 days as promised. As of today, I am still waiting for it. I will say that it has been a pleasure working with Brandan who is very nice and cares about his clients. The lounge area is also nice as are the other clients. Positives: access to the gym and outdoor writing/lounging
This company is a sham. Be warned that when you exit your lease they say on their website you will get your security deposit back in 30 days then they tell you 30-45 days and for me it has been going on two months with no reimbursement. I believe it’s possible they are suffering from a serious cash flow deficiencies and may not be able to make good on their obligations. I plan to sue them once the courts re-open post-Covid. Be very careful dealing with this company. Hopefully the pandemic shuts down horrible companies like this once and for all.
