Spa Point Nails

I asked for a pedicure and the prices say 32-35. I said simple and plain pedicure it was my first time there, they put gel coat on my nails without asking I’m so upset. I’m natural and holistic. Gel is horrible for nails, you should ask first. They charged me almost $80 for a pedicure without telling me. You know before I went here I looked and the reviews looked bad, I had a feeling and should have went with it.

Service is good, nails come out good, only one complaint… Someone needs to have a permanent spot at the front desk assisting the people that walk in, people getting up mid doing nails and yelling across the establishment is not ok. I think someone should work the front desk and stay doing that for better time management, scheduling and organization. Other than that it is really a lovely place.

Great service, relaxing location, and clean! I don't want to write this review... I don't want this hidden gem to be found. This place is absolutely the best place for manicures and pedicures. This is the absolute best location to get your nails done. I went from overgrown Barbie pink, to Halloween Black & Orange! I came in for a fill today. It took longer to pick the color for my nails, and then it did to get in. Kevin was amazing! I will only be seeing him from now on. He was precise and wanted them to look good.

I go quite frequently.It's quiet, clean, nice and any one of the techs can take care of you.They're very good at what they do, and I appreciate the services.The prices are actually reasonable and every one of the text know exactly what they're doing.When it comes to taking care of your hands and feets

Probably the worst pedicure I have ever received! It was like the person hated to touch feet (mine are not bad, either). For $80 plus tip (yes, I should have left next to nothing & I should have said something at the time but I was in a rush & didn’t really pay much attention to the poor quality until the end of my day). Almost no heel exfoliation, nail filing was rough, gel Polish was not put on fully and no foot massage & very little leg massage. I will never return & if you go, pay attention to what is being done!
