I went for a couples massage on Tuesday as a belated Valentine's Day treat. My husband booked it and I'm SO glad he chose Spa O2! From the moment you walk in, you feel so relaxed and welcome. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and professional. The care that went into the decor and atmosphere did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. It was set up so beautifully. Pricing was very reasonable, about what you would expect for a massage. The massage tables were heated, also very wide and sturdy! Our service was completed by Tori and Laurie (hope I spelt their names right), and both of us walked out feeling loose and relaxed. I just wanted to share some love for this spa during their transition into new ownership. Change always comes with a bit of a learning curve, and while there have been a few small hiccups, it’s clear how hard everyone is working to make things run smoothly. The new owners are truly kind, caring people who are doing their absolute best to create a welcoming and relaxing space for both clients and staff. You can feel their heart behind what they’re building. The team is so talented, professional, and genuinely dedicated to their craft. Every service I’ve experienced has been thoughtful, skilled and relaxing. Transitions aren’t always seamless, but when you have great people leading and an amazing staff delivering beautiful work, you know it’s only going to get better. I’m excited to see this

I got a facial a few times from here and I could not recommend it more. I had some skin barrier issues the first time and with the knowledge of the staff even that first day I left with my skin feeling hydrated and looking glowy! The environment is also welcoming and relaxing.

Absolutely amazing experience!! We came here for a smaller, relaxed bachelorette trip and they were able to get 7 of us in the day before we needed them scheduled. All the girls loved their massages and the therapist were so sweet. Couldn’t have chosen a better spa for this weekend !!

Couldn’t have had a better experience! I called to request a couple’s massage for Saturday a day before—the staff rearranged and even stayed late to accommodate us. I knew we would not be disappointed just by the way I was treated on the phone. And, of course, the massages were EXCELLENT.
