Branson Hot Tubs and Pools

We are so pleased with the purchase and installation process for our new (first ever) spa. Trey was extremely helpful in understanding our wants and needs and in explaining the different spas and features. We were able to get advice about preparing the site and some recommendations for electrical and concrete work. When it came time for delivery, Mike communicated with me a few days ahead of time. After the install, Trey explained the spa’s screen and functions and showed me how to add chemicals. So glad we purchased locally-great price and great service. I would recommend Branson Hot Tubs and Pools.

We bought an infrared sauna from Branson Hot tubs and Pools and they made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. The installation process went very smoothly. Aaron and Melvin did a great job installing the sauna. They explained everything well and were very careful not to damage any of our walls.

Trey and Tyler were great. We had to get the tub around to the back and up a set of deck stairs. They knew what they were doing and were very careful not to damage anything. Great company and great people.

Took advantage of the president’s day sale- sales manager Matt was very patient as I blew up his phone with questions for 2 days before I drove up to the showroom, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Trey and Tyler delivered my tub today- good communication as to when they would be here, right on time. Very professional, fast and thorough. Trey waited til it filled, and made sure I knew all the ins and outs from the physical tub, the app, the chemicals, etc. it is clear that he has expert knowledge and experience; he left no unanswered questions, but said I could call if any arose. Best customer service that I’ve seen in a long time!
