From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming — the kind of place where you instantly feel your stress start to melt away. My masseuse, Sophia, was exceptional. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled at what she does. She took the time to ask about my preferences and any problem areas, then tailored the massage perfectly to what I needed. Her technique was both relaxing and therapeutic, and I left feeling completely refreshed and pain-free. The entire staff was friendly and organized, and you can tell they truly care about providing a high-quality experience. If you’re in Branson and looking for a top-notch massage or spa day, I highly recommend Burch & Willow — and definitely book with Sophia if you can.

I live in Colorado and wanted to get my mom a nice pedicure. She's not able to take care of her feet well because of sensitivity and mobility issues. Jessica was awesome! This was the best massage I've had in my entire life! She was great at the massage itself, and she was also very kind and soft spoken and let you relax! The atmosphere was amazing. Very relaxed. Very comfortable. Very welcoming. I was only in town on a weekend trip, but I will definitely be planning a trip back just for this massage again!

Everyone is nice. But After waiting 9 months to have a “self care” day, I finally used my gift certificate to Birch & Willow. Like I said, everyone is nice, but the pedicure I got was painful and the end result is not good. (See photos). When I mentioned my concern to the front desk about my nail polish bleeding over (due to oil left on my toes), I just got “oh” and a blank stare. And I felt like I was made to feel like I was the crazy one. So here’s a photo (including the skin a top my big toe that got cut and is swelling). I’m disappointed because of how long I waited for this service, and it didn’t turn out well.
