I typically do not write a review unless I am exceptionally impressed or awfully disappointed. It was the former in case of this one. I got my Brazilian Wax (BW) done at Spa Logic by Chante - it was the least painful and smoothest experience I have ever had with a BW. She seemed incredibly skilled at her job! I know where and who to go to for a BW next time :) Spa Logic, the salon itself is spacious, amazingly clean, and offers several different services - I cannot wait to try more. The owner Kathy is wonderful and so welcoming!

Really disappointed. I went to the nail salon on Saturday morning and it’s now Monday and my thumb is already lifting on the sides. The nail also was painted too far from my cuticle it looks like my nail has been painted for a week versus 2 days ago. To spend $120 (including tip) on gel nails and a pedicure I’m so disappointed with the quality. I purposefully went to the salon before my Christmas vacation so that they would hopefully hold up 2 weeks but it certainly won’t last very long. I don’t recommend this place.

I got the Groupon spa package (facial, massage, and mani/pedi). They told me it would be about 3 hours: 50 minute facial, 50 minute massage, 50 minute mani/pedi. My appointment was for 10am and we didn’t get started until about 10:15 (which is fine) but Fatiha, the woman who did both my facial and massage, was done by 11:35am. So, neither service was 50 minutes. Which is disappointing. She did a really good job, but I feel like I didn’t quite get what I paid for. And then Happy, the very sweet woman who did my mani/pedi, was so meticulous and did such a good job…. But she took two hours. She was so detail oriented which is awesome, but she just worked sooo slowly. I tried to politely ask her if we could speed it up, a few times, but she didn’t understand me. I looked to the other nail te

This place came highly recommended, I left highly disappointed. Sunday, I visited Spa Logic and used a Groupon for a mini spa package. The space was very cold. The rooms had poor ventilation so they used loud fans to help (very grateful but very hard to relax) the massage was good, she checked in with me but the service felt rushed. The facial was horrible. The steamer was pointed directly at my left cheek the entire time and it smelled of mildew. The gloves worn were very loud, I’ve also never had a facial with gloves before. My hair was wet repeatedly which has never happened before. The products did not agree with my skin…I have a pimple that appeared out of nowhere in the middle of my forehead. I’ve never even experienced adult acne…and I felt so bad because the esthetician was very s

I wanted to like this place so bad..but I fear my two experiences here have left me with a bad impression. I went for the first time around 2 weeks for a pedicure I got on Groupon. There was no issue with the booking and actual service, aside from a miscommunication, which resulted in me getting charged $10 for a service I did not ask for and was not told I was getting until the time of payment. I asked to get a callus removal (which is pretty pricey..$15) and the pedicurist gave me a parafin wax without asking if I wanted it or telling me it cost extra. I called the next day to inquire about the charge and whoever I talked to was very nice on the phone and gave me a $10 credit. So, I came back during their happy price hours and got a gel manicure. It's a week later, and the polish on my n
