Spa At Labella

I followed my hair dresser Jenn to this spa and I couldn't be happier. I love the products she used and the color made my hair softer instead of brittle. I like that the salon area is somewhat private and absolutely immaculate. Truly a wonderful experience and I will be back. I scheduled my appointments for the rest of the year!

This was such an odd experience. I showed for my appointment only to find it was cancelled because the person “no longer worked there”. I received no call cancelling the appointment. I was rescheduled for the next day with someone else and found out it was her first day. She was nice enough, but had no idea what she was doing, asked nothing about my skin type, concerns, goals, etc. I’m not sure the product was applied correctly and definitely saw no results. Back to Helendale for me!

Very upset that The Spa at LaBella closed without any notice. I still have a gift card that hasn't been used and there is no way to contact anyone regarding their possible reopening because of covid. No message when you call. Drove by there today and there was a For Sale sign in the lawn!!! Terrible way to do business!!! I wonder how many more people had gift cards that they won't be able to use??????

We went in for a couples massage yesterday and included the couples shower and shower blast. Our experience was to be desired. The massage was supposed to be 50 minutes - if it was 40, I'd be surprised. During the massage, therapist kept sniffling and coughing. Never asked how I was feeling or if pressure was okay. Additionally, every so often we would hear a startling bang from the next room over. Furthermore, the stools rolling around and ice cold hands prevented ANY relaxation. When massage was over, we proceeded to the couples shower which was NOT clean. Cob webs were dangling throughout. Had my husband mentioned the time issue, I would have spoken up prior to paying. However, no clocks were present on the women's side of things so I was unaware. We won't go back, ever.

Purchased a couple hundred dollars worth of gift certificates pre-Covid. Now, it seems like the spa is closed for good (with a "for sale" sign out front). I can't imagine how many folks purchased gift certificates last holiday season that are going unused.
