Sorry I broke your heart

I came in today for a blowout/style and asked for simple curls. When the service was finished, I noticed there weren’t really any curls, but I saw the next client had already arrived so I didn’t want to hold things up. The appointment was at 2 pm, and now at 6 pm my hair is completely straight. I’m disappointed with how it turned out since it’s not what I was hoping for. I wanted to share this feedback with you.

Kayla has been a fabulous hair stylist for my wavy hair. She definitely listens to your requests and does a wet/dry dual cut, which I like. Their products are fantastic and the salon is SUPER chill. No crazyiness, very relaxing and not too difficult to get an appointment a week in advance. Online booking system is very convenient.

Sophie is an absolute gem and a master at her craft! I came in for a free bang trim almost 7 years ago and have not gotten my hair cut anywhere else since. Go check out this amazing salon!!
