Today was my first time going to Sophia s and I am VERY pleased! Sophia braids beautifully; not heavy-handed , she doesn t braid too tightly, and she is really fast. She and the other ladies in the shop were very pleasant and professional. I will definitely be going back again and again. A+++
Sophia's does excellent work. They work as a team and get it done! I've known Sophia for many years. She's very professional and her prices are readonable.
Poor costumer service...I had a 9 am appointment, when I got there it was already someone In her chair. She had the nerve to ask me if I could sit and wait til 4pm! No ma'am I Will never return.
Do not trust her salon , take your money over charge and leave patches of hair out.
Nice and clean, The technical are very friendly will be going back.
