I stopped by K Beauty Supply around 10 AM this morning while in the neighborhood for my mom’s appointment. My mom needed a pair of pantyhose and some clip-on earrings. When I walked in, I greeted the guy behind the counter and asked where the pantyhose were. He directed me to the first aisle. As I walked up, I saw earrings but didn’t notice any clip-ons, so I asked for help. Instead of assisting me, he very rudely said, “You walked right past them,” and repeated it several times. I even told him that I’ve been in customer service for over 30 years, and when a customer asks a question, it’s okay to answer or kindly direct them. I experienced rudeness there as well they do it because they don’t care the sons don’t want to work there and the mom don’t trust anything but our money I haven’t been back it look like a dump that’s been about 2-3 or more years ago

The first time I went the young Korean man at the counter was very, very rude. It took me over a year to go back (for someone else). I haven't been back since. I can't move past the disrespect. They have a lot of different hair products from oils to wigs, but the quality of the wigs and hair extensions is not good. They were often old so the hair was dry or just the style choice was lacking.
