WOAH. Dee Dee was such a rock star! I’m in town for a few days and felt like a little mani pedi action so I stopped in hoping they had time for me on a busy Saturday morning. She took me right away. The mango spa pedicure was lovely but WOW that foot and leg massage. She offered 10 mins more on the foot and leg and I declined at the time - totally regretting it. But I did take her up on the shoulder/neck/upper back massage and it changed my life. This woman has hands of magic. The pressure was perfect and she found and worked on spots I never even told her were a problem area. She even went a little longer past the timer and it was so appreciated. Unfortunately, this was a terrible pedicure experience. Paid 83 for a pedicure that was totally not worth what I paid for . The technician didn’t properly prep my nails, cut my cuticles too aggressively, and the polish job was sloppy and uneven. The station didn’t appear clean, which made me uncomfortable. I left unhappy and won’t be returning. I hope management addresses training and cleanliness.

Linda is amazing. I will only request her for now on and no one else. I had a gift card, and the lady that did my nails hovered over my shoulder the entire time watching my tip. She started demanding I give a good tip since she did my manicure and someone else did my pedicure. I always give 20% but I’ve never had the staff hover over my shoulder and embarrass me before I could even write anything on the paper. She also snatched my receipt away when I was finished writing. i REALLY wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but i did know by looking at the reviews beforehand that there’s a chance i’m not gonna like my nails after this. i had a gift card to this salon so that’s why i decided to go. acrylic definitely isn’t their strongest suite. i see some good reviews for anc, but they can’t do acrylic to save their lives. i dont even need to explain whats wrong with them, just look at the pictures. they also like to talk amongst themselves, look at you and laugh. these were $95….really wish there was a good nail salon around here.

I have been a few time before, today I went for my “reg” gel manicure and regular color pedicure. The woman that did my toes was using the grinder to take the nail polish off I told her it’s regular polish. She used nail polish to remove it the rest. She then told me it’s 5$ to remove gel color again reminded her it’s regular polish. I got my gel manicure next and again said it’s 5$ to remove the gel. I was confused, I told her it’s not anc it’s gel why is it extra. I have never been charged to remove the polish while getting a gel manicure. When it was time to pay she changed me 10$ extra saying 5$ each to remove polish. I was asking where they have that on the price list that they should have it on there so people know. She showed me where it says soak off $5 it’s under the anc section.
