I have been a loyal client of Shannon’s since 2018 and she’s done my hair multiple times and i loved the way she worked my hair, however, i recently saw her and i could just tell she wasn’t that devoted to her work anymore. she completely butchered my haircut and when i asked if she could fix it she said she’d reschedule me to fix the cut. i showed up promptly to the salon and she made me wait over 20 minutes, (i get that stylists run behind, but she had already told me to come later than my original appointment time) i ended up leaving because i couldn’t wait all afternoon, and when she told me she was ready, i notified her that i left, she “tried” to reschedule me but actually never replied. i have always been willing to pay for her work because i thought she was extremely talented, and

I cannot say enough amazing things about Shannon Lindsey Fernando! I’ve been coming to her religiously for over 10 years. She always exceeded my expectations. She takes the time to listen to exactly what you want, gives thoughtful suggestions, and executed it perfectly. I love the way my hair looks and feels after I see her. I recently visited Shannon Lindsay Cross for a cut and color, and I regret to say it was a very disappointing experience. I paid $420 for 3.5 hours of work, but I left feeling that my concerns and expectations were ignored. I showed her a photo of the blonde I wanted, and while she acknowledged it during the appointment, the final result was far from what I asked for. When I reached out afterward to express my dissatisfaction (as she had encouraged me to do), I was met with dismissiveness.
