WARNING...owner is a fraud. They ask for your credit card to just book an appointment weather it's booked over the phone or online. This gives them the power to charge whatever they want. In my case I went for a root color and them women had no idea what she was doing. I stopped the treatment immediately and after dripping color all over me I asked that my hair be washed. She then left shampoo in my wet hair and it took 2 other stylists to step in and properly wash my hair and so I could kindly leave. I tipped $20 each in cash to then be verbally assaulted by the owner whom won't give her name. She then charged my card for $100, then $200. She threatened me to take my review down and to give a written apology to her and her staff. Never in my life have I been so mistreated, disresp

I walked in SDL for my first time when passing it after my Pilates class next door to see if they happened to have an open slot for a blow out. Maryam (the owner) greeted me and said she was booked for the day but could squeeze me in at that moment before her next appointment. She was so sweet and asked exactly what I wanted and I love how my blow out turned out! I'm so grateful that she was willing to take me in last minute in her busy day and I cannot wait to come back..with an appointment next time. :) The salon is so clean and BEAUTIFUL you really feel like you're getting pampered. I'm looking forward to bringing my husband in for a cut as she also does men's (and children's) hair cuts! Thank you Maryam for your hospitality and the beautiful business you run!

I walked in and had an appointment. I was ignored by the person that was supposed to style my hair. She was speaking in Spanish to some girls and acted like I was invisible. I said I have an appointment with Alejandro she said just a minute and walked away. Another girl came up to help me and called Alejandro and she was talking on phone in back. I asked if I could get someone else and she said they were booked up. I left and had to do my own hair for my vow renewal. Won’t ever be going there again!!!

EXTREMELY unprofessional. In the three times I’ve visited, they 1) booked me at the wrong location 2) started 20 minutes late 3) cancelled my appointment without any notice or explanation and 4) did not tone my hair as requested and refused to correct it. When I complained they told me they watched the video footage of my consultation where I pointed to a color (which they didn’t match) and therefore could not correct it for free Absurd service both on the phone and in person.

I had a great experience with Anahita. I had highlights and a cut, she did a fantastic job. My highlights were perfect color and my cut very great experience and I would definitely come again and highly recommend her..
