I've been going to Lynette for years now, & she has helped thru horse falls, my own falls. Over work out...you name it! She's well educated with PT, and massage therapy. I'm a massage "perfectionist", & have had many before Lynette...she is the BEST!!

Lynette is a highly knowledgeable massage therapist, physical therapist assistant and yoga instructor. She provides a higher level of care than a standard massage therapist and will address your needs from a more professional approach. I was having some limitations in my spine and she was able to find the spots that needed more work. I feel so much more relaxed and loose after I have a session with her. I would highly recommend seeing Lynette at So Zen massage therapy!
