TranQ Nails & Spa Cave Creek

Jenny did my nails today and I absolutely love them. She was friendly and personable. She made me feel very comfortable. Kim gave me a pedicure and the most wonderful foot massage. She has a fun personality and made me feel very relaxed. The facility is bright, clean and modern. I would definitely recommend TranQ Nails.

This is my third visit to TranQ Nails & Spa and it has become my go to. The environment is very calm and relaxing, the employees are very professional, friendly and excellent in the work they do. Its very clear while you're there that they want to give you the best experience possible and make your nails or pedicure or waxing exactly how you want it to be. I make appointments on their website so I don't ever really have a wait when I arrive. I highly recommend going to TranQ for your nails, waxing and pedicure needs. They also offer a lot of other services, just look at their website. This is my go to from now on. You won't regret going! The picture of my nails is called cat eye for the polish.

I am so happy with the service at TranQ Nails. This was my first visit and I have already scheduled my next appointment. Tammy was amazing in confirming my appointment, as well as listening to the things I wanted corrected from my last nail service (not here). Kevin did an amazing job with the length, shape, and speed of my nails. I highly recommend him. Lily did an outstanding job with my pedicure. 🤩 I'm so happy to have found my new salon. 😊

I scheduled an appointment, arrived before time. Dip manicure peeled after 4 days. The tech told me one of her employees had called out, then rushed through my service — even had me soak my nails in acetone while she gave another client a full manicure and hand massage. I actually felt bad for her and still left a generous tip. When the nails started peeling, I sent a photo and received a curt and rude response offering a redo, with no apology. I asked for a refund, did not want to go back, was ignored for days, then told I’d only get 50% back because I didn’t want to return. I filed a dispute with my credit card and received a full refund. I won’t be going back.

Today was first time going to TranQ Nail & Spa after being recommended to try them out. I did the deluxe pedicure which was phenomenal! My full set of acrylics came out perfect as well. The facility is so clean and relaxing and the staff was accommodating and very friendly. I will definitely be back!
