Went in to Elements Massage to get a massage yesterday and I've got to say the service was exceptional!! They always treat their clients very well and they make sure you're comfortable when you go back for your massage or something whatever you want... Definitely going to return!!

Manager and staff - beyond awful! I want to start by saying the massage therapist herself was excellent — professional, skilled, and the actual massage was great. Unfortunately, everything that happened at the front desk completely ruined what should have been a relaxing experience. Two years ago, my daughter physically came into this location and purchased a 90-minute Mother’s Day gift certificate for me. . At the time of purchase she was clearly told the credit would be attached to an email/account and could be redeemed that way. Over the past two years I tried several times to book, but the location is almost always full. One of the kids treated Mom to a 1 hour massage here. Sonja did a great job on her. I liked it because the cashier offered us water while waiting (cold OR room temp!) and made us feel at home while we waited. An enjoyable experience for everyone!

Greg was a great masseuse. Very easy to make an appointment online. Very clean and welcoming lobby and staff. Mention of membership benefits but no pressure to purchase.
