SO LEVEL NAILS & LASH BAR

I had a great experience for my first time at this salon. When I walked in I was greeted and immediately taken to get started. The nail technician that I had took his time and would even ask me sometimes if I was okay with how they looked before moving on, which I really appreciated! I was very happy with how my acrylic set turned out and will definitely be returning!

Tried this salon out today for the first time with a friend for pedicures. We chose the “Royal pedicure” and I picked the green tea scent. My friend chose tangerine but we both got the same product, no different in scents. The girl did a good job with the toes but just got home and my feet feel terrible. You definitely can’t tell that I just had a fresh pedicure and the tough spots are super scratchy. Never left from a salon without soft feet. $53 for gel, not counting tip and I’m gonna have to go to another salon to get the feet taken care of. The positive about my experience today was Vincent. He was super friendly even though he wasn’t my tech.

The Service in its entire was great- friendly staff and nice environment for a nice calm day of treating yourself. The massage from getting the Royal pedi was great and my feet and legs feel good and soft after. The staff who did my Nightmare Before Christmas theme nails did an awesome job for only been working there for a week, he was kind and asked to make sure of colours when he wasn't sure based from picture given, he took his time with where he needed to put lines, i did need to remind him of a couple things but i will say the design I had given him to recreate was one to make him work! Although he did a good job he has room to grow and skills to gain and I encourage him to keep at it as he can excell in this work!

JT and Justin are always so lovely! JT does my hard gel nails and I’d been wanting to do an oil spill look and he made it happen this visit. Justin is super sweet and really gentle with the pedicures too!

1st time here and usually I'm skeptical when a guy does my feet for a pedicure. They're so rough but not here. They're very gentle patient and pay attention to what you want and need. No talking to neighbors. They're all about you. Good price in and out fast 1 hr what more could for a lady ask for? I loved it. Good job guys. Keep up the good work
