I chose this place based on the stellar online reviews, hoping for a significant upgrade from budget chain haircuts. What a mistake. The moment I walked in, I was hit with hardcore rap and an atmosphere that was anything but professional. Two staff members sat in the barber chairs right in front of me, loudly playing games on their phones instead of working. The equipment was substandard and clearly unhygienic. The trimmers constantly snagged my neck hair, leading to a painful rash/breakout along the trim line. The razor blade felt cheap and dull, causing a large, infected ingrown hair on the front of my neck. Their 'hot shave' was a joke—a thin, microwaved towel, not properly steamed. The service ended with a quick spritz of aftershave instead of proper post-shave care. This felt entirely

I want to thank the barber who cut my hair on November 13, 2025. I apologize for not getting his name, but he did an absolutely amazing job. He cut my hair exactly to my standards, and I really appreciate it. I will be coming back specifically to get a haircut from him, and if he's not available, then I'll reschedule. I hope this comment reaches the right person. His station is the second one to the right as you walk into the building. God bless, and thank you.

JD knows his craft! This was my son’s first visit, and when I say JD can cut, he really knows how to cut some hair. He took his time, paid attention to detail, and gave my son a fresh, clean look. The shop itself is spotless, welcoming, and full of friendly faces. With so many talented barbers here, it’s great to know we found our go-to. Highly recommend JD and the whole team!

Definitely not worth my time or money. Lalo took over an hour for this haircut. Definitely not what I asked for . Where is the lineup? This cut looks so bad . Look at the back of my head ? Medium fade? He missed hair on the side of my head. I don’t recommend this place at all. Not professional. I don’t know who gave them the 5 star reviews because it shows in my fade that these young guys don’t know what they are doing. Definitely I will not come back here. I will keep going to my regular barber Headliners.
