Massage Envy

not the best customer service at this location and the girls up front lack basic user friendliness and are non intuitive. manager also forgets about issues and does not follow up. this particular franchise location is not recommendable. so many times we have just hung up in frustration. we speak a foreign language so maybe that's why. call it some other kind of envy lol. don't know why they routed our particular issue to this location when we haven't even been to this one for services. then you just keep getting bounced around and don't know who to contact. leaving one star to match the others. a lot of disappointment in this basic company, they used to be slightly better but signing up for a membership for any sort of financial or otherwise commitment is not good, in most cases but especi

My massage therapist was a little more aggressive with her deep tissue than I am used to (I asked for deep tissue) but didn't ease up when I very clearly asked her to 3 times, so I won't see her again, despite feeling better 2 days later than I walked in. Having someone who listens when you're complaining about them causing numbness and severe pain is very important. But the front desk service is good and I would try a different massage therapist. Prices were very high but that was expected.

The therapists are great. But I a thousand percent do not recommend this location. They care nothing about their clients and only care about the price tag. Personally I like to be seen as a person and not as a wallet to be taken advantage of.

So glad I gave them a shot! I recently canceled my day spa membership but I still wanted to get massages periodically. I called ME 2 times to ask questions, and Sammy was amazing at answering all of them. When I came on for my first appointment she had a warm welcome and I immediately relaxed! I had a great massage by Alexa. The entire experience was amazing. Thank you!
