I recently visited Geanes Aesthetic Spa for microneedling and teeth whitening procedures, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The Spa was inviting and relaxing, the entire experience was exceptional, Jami was very personable, skilled and knowledgeable. I was thoroughly impressed and the results I achieved were definitely well worth the investment. I had a 50-minute massage scheduled for 12:00 p.m., but was not taken back until 12:45. While I understand delays can happen and the therapist was very apologetic, it was disappointing…especially as this was my first visit after recently moving right across the street. I had hoped this could become a convenient, regular spot since I am sooo very close but I experienced several other challenges. My treatment room was located directly outside the office and next to the bathroom, so I could hear people walking by, doors opening and closing, and what sounded like a microwave or timers going off throughout the session. The music also cut in and out at one point, which disrupted the relaxation. When I checked the clock, my session ended several minutes short of the scheduled 50 minutes. While

I went to get a consultation with some skin issues I have & Jami Geanes recommended a certain procedure using laser & explained how it works & what to expect. Prior to scheduling the procedure she offered to do a sample test on one of the problem ‘spots’. Because of my age & age-related ‘issues’ with skin (@ least in my case), the test is taking more time to see expected reaction. So Jami did another laser test on a couple spots & I will just have to wait a little longer to see an ‘reaction’ to the laser. We agreed to make the appointment to have the procedure done after we see the what happens. There was absolutely no hard sell or pressure to commit. She was kind, honest, positive and I saw & experienced a person who has integrity & from what I can tell, steadfast faith in God. Seldom do
