They have lost my business because my son who is 3 will not sit in the chair alone, due to a fear of it. Was told last night due to insurance he can’t sit in my lap, so instead of forcing him and terrifying him even more we will go elsewhere from now on.

They closed early without notifying any of their appointments. 45 minute round trip to show up to a metal gate.

Asked like 4 times if it looked alright and it was clearly uneven. I dont know if It was personal but it was embarrassing and I immediately went to another salon

We go to the Windham salon every 3 to 4 weeks. It’s never been a bad experience. My granddaughter requests Tori every time and is so happy with her hair cut. Tori is always kind, personable and knowledgeable with her work. We have also had the pleasure of Shauna and Lyndsy working their magic and cutting our hair. It’s a very clean shop, great crew, and reasonable prices. We will definitely continue to use their services. Also we try to call early in the day to make an appointment, but have done walk ins without any issues.

If you're thinking about getting a woman's cut done here, just don't. Go find a reputable hair stylist somewhere else. It will be worth the wait of finding a stylist and getting an appointment! The stylist who cut my hair was snappy and complaining to a co-worker about how done with her day she was and that she wasn't going to take any more appointments that day (while I was in the chair for my appointment). I communicated clearly the cut I wanted and she still chopped off at least 3 more inches than I asked. My hair is very uneven and it will take months to get it to the length I wanted and still won't look good because of the poor job she did. It was a rushed cut and I'm so disappointed that I went against my better judgment and got my hair cut here. I'm never going here again for anythi
