I've seen Sarah 3 times now, with a 4th scheduled. I have been to so, so many massage places for over 20 years. I thought that deep tissue was the only thing that would heal me, but it never lasted very long. Sarah has been working with me on a plan to get on a better path that combines what I need that day with a long-term approach. She spends time before and after sessions with you. Her room is clean and calm. The massages have all been amazing. She is skilled in several techniques and knows when to apply each one, and explains why and what it is. Highly, highly recommend if you have also been searching for someone that listens to you, your body, and is in alignment with your goals, that you should book with Sarah right away!

Sarah Miller is definitely my go to person!! She is very sincere about knowing me as a person along with my needs! Just walking into her space it's filled with calmness and positive energy. Her combination of massage, cranial sacral and energy work makes me feel like I turn into mush!! She is soft spoken and can either be a talker if you like that or be super quiet if that's your thing!! I highly recommend her for some time taking care of yourself!
