Ashley’s body work is truly exceptional. I visit every 2–3 weeks for her Polarity and Massage combo, which is both unique and incredibly beneficial. Each session leaves me feeling deeply relaxed, balanced, and restored. Ashley is kind, intuitive, and extremely talented — you can feel how much care and intention she brings to her work. She genuinely wants you to walk away feeling just as amazing as you hoped to feel when you arrived. I especially love booking 90-minute or two-hour sessions so I can fully experience the depth of her work without feeling rushed. Ashely is absolutely hands down an amazing massage therapist. She’s warm inviting and professional as well. Ashley makes you feel very welcome into her space and comfortable to express yourself in what you are looking for in your massage each time you go in. Ashley has the perfect combination of pressure yet relaxation during your session. The spa is adorable and so clean. The spa is also easy to get to and parking. I’m so happy I found her!

I love the ladies at NBDS! I don't know where I would be without Ashley and her gift with polarity massage. I feel euphoric when I leave my sessions with her, and she has this uncanny ability to get me to relax more than I can ever do myself.
