I totally agree with the last review where the ladies hair was butchered by Felisa Casanova because she did the exact same darn thing to my hair. She butchered the heck out of it and I had to even tell her about skipping my bangs in the side of my hair. I don't know if a bunch of people who work there strung out or exactly what's going on but that place isn't ran right. This is the third time that I went to go see the same person to cut my hair and when I got home Saturday I could just feel that my hair was offset and that's not even mentioning the attitude that Felisa. My hair was one of those haircuts that you're so mad that you cry instead of doing something about it. Great service. I want Ashley to be successful here and to STAY. As a former advertising executive I believe that this salon needs promotion!! It just gets overlooked and lack of exposure leads to stylists having to quit. I really hope that you consider advertising and promotion!’

FELISA CASANOVA is a BAD hair stylist. I mentioned to her I don’t want my hair short then what it is..she proceeded to cutting it. She mentioned she been there for three weeks and claims she been cutting hair 10 years. I was nice until I felt how short she cut my hair. I told her you cut my hair short… and she proceeds to hair dry my hair. She kept pulling my hair and styling it saying you need to style it like this and I mentioned to her that she cut my hair too short and she said “So, what do want to do about it. It does not look bad. I will not do you dirty… you will get compliments how good it is. I promise.” She did me dirty and haven’t gotten a compliment since.. still waiting for the compliments.
