Got my hair bleached (to dye at home) and had a wonderful experience with Elizabeth Coleman. She was very sweet and kept me informed throughout the whole process ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. Already had a few inches outgrown from awhile ago and she did an amazing job making it all the same color, along with a beautiful layered haircut. This was my second time coming to her and will definitely be returning in the future!

This place is truly unprofessional. Went in and tried to ask the receptionist a question while she sat there on her phone ignoring me. I asked for a blow out and Elizabeth obviously DID NOT know what she’s was doing. She first barely washed and conditioned my hair. When she started the actual hairstyling, she didn’t even put any product to help protect and keep the style intact. Her “blow out” technique was terrible and all she did was just dry it with a round brush, not actually applying the correct technique. My hair came out flat and frizzy at the bottom because she put little to no product even when I asked her to. She was nice but I’m sorry, she shouldn’t be even attempting to do a job she didn’t know how to do. I shouldn’t have to ask or tell my hairstylist how to do a blowout. I le

Took my daughter to get her hair done for her 16th Birthday . Karen had a cancellation and squeezed us in. She did an amazing job. My daughter was so happy I haven’t seen her smile so much in a long time. We will definitely continue to be a customer . Great job Karen and Awesome customer service!

I had an appointment with Mandy to color my roots to match the rest of my colored blonde hair color that’s it. She’d done this before; I was there 4 hours, with cold wet goop on my head, she ruined the shirt I had on and kept rewashing/reapplying multiple applications of product. When I had enough, my roots were orange and my hair dark gray. She charged me $170+ for this epic fail. The salon is a dump, they wear sweats and slippers and it is stained and filthy.

I absolutely LOVE the way Karen does my hair. She's done such an amazing job on my highlights & her prices are perfect. I've had the same service done elsewhere & it didn't come out as good & I paid double for it. I am constantly getting stopped by people asking where I get my hair done & how good it looks. I highly recommend trying this place out, you won't be disappointed!
