She was available to take us same day and she was very kind to my daughter which made the experience so worth the trip. My poor daughter forgot her money at home 😭 and I didn't have my wallet either just what was in my pocket and we were $5 short se was so kind to allow us to come back and pay her we really appreciated her heart in allowing us to do that thank you so much for everything I will make it up to you as the saying goes what comes around goes around we will be back to make it up to her again thank you so much for everything

They didn't wash my hair. They don't wear masks. The stylist cut my hair dry and styled it without using a heat protectant before even letting me see the hair cut. I have no idea what the actual cut looks like right now. My appointment was at 10 and they didn't even open the store til 10:10. They were friendly people but this was just a bunch of nonsense.

Terrible, went their around 2019 my hair was uneven then the comb got stuck in my hair and then it broke. My hair was probably forever damaged it hasn’t grown anymore than maybe 4 inches which is unusual for me my hair normally grows back in 2-3 months. I would not recommend going here.

Awful: I had my hair cut in layers wrong. Went again a year or so back with another girl to get my V bangs and didn't cut it right nor did she clean the cut hair off my face. Don't go there I don't recommend it.

Showed Monica a cut I wanted, she did exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Monica to anyone who's looking for a good cut at a great price.
