ZERO STARS had to give 1 to leave review. The current manager Brittany asked my 11 yr old granddaughter MULTIPLE times if she can long later, and she said no she don't like the way it looks on her. She kept again asked... No no but why? Why won't you try it I can do great long later. She did it anyway than continued to face frame after showing a picture of face frame DONE CORRECT on a Google pic. She chopped my granddaughters hair she started bawling in the salon and Brittany just said oh go home and curl it, it will look cute. Y'all my baby didn't stop crying, didn't come out of her room at all Sunday. Than all her school friends was like what happened to your hair, so again bawling all day at school. Kendra did an amazing job on my 18 month old son's first hair cut! She was patient with him and very friendly and she worked quickly to get it finished before he decided he was completely over it and she accomplished it. I will go back to her when my son needs his next hair cut!

wouldn't even give 1 star. brittany BUTCHERED my daughters hair so bad she was bullied and has been crying for days ! only thing the GM is offering is a refund and for someone else to "fix it" . my daughter refuses to let anyone there even touch her hair again . in all honesty they should be paying for extensions in her hair . this is the worst hair cut i have ever seen . all we wanted was a split end trim !
