Allure Hair Artistry

I've been getting spray tans here for a few years and I've had a package since last summer that I can never use because nobody's ever there during normal business hours. I just went in there this morning someone was there but said I would have to wait 45 mins because she was busy. so I told her ok I'll come back then I come back doors locked nobody's there again!!! It would've been nice for a warning you're just gonna close in the middle of the day after telling me to come back. I went there last night said you were open until 6:30 online and doors locked nobody there by 4:30. Maybe you should fix your hours online if you can't stay open consistently.

I asked for highlights and when I told the hair dresser that I didn't like it because the highlightings were orange and suggested to put a violet ash toner to cancel out the orange she got offended and got a real bad attitude....she then asked do you have a cosmetology license??? Yes I do I said... she refused to fix my hair, now I'll have to fix it myself ...she charged me 150 for a real bad job....also asked for a layer haircut and I still can't seam to find them anywhere...Carlissa sorry but will not recommend you to anyone....

Haley did my highlights. She clearly didn’t leave the foils on long enough at the front top of my head it looks much less blonder than the rest of my highlights. I also have a patch on my head that she forgot to add highlights. when I asked her to fix it she said she could not work for another month. The overall experience was not good and I booked somewhere else to get this problem fixed. More $$$ outta my pocket to have to fix her work.

Treated us rudely because my daughter is a teen and wanted an updo for formal. We ended up going to 50 shades of beauty and were extremely happy with their service!

I love Stephanie and the shop is great! I drive 6 hrs to have my hair done, there is no better place than Allure, and the shop is EXTREMELY clean, the staff treats you like family.
