I went in for a spray tan today. The lady made me feel so comfortable. They were all really nice. I even had my 5 year old daughter with me. My daughter sat in the lounge area to wait for me and when I came out she was coloring with one of the workers. She said I kinda made a big parent friend. 🖤 I will definitely go back!

Tracey did a great job. I had a really good experience wt the haircut,hair washing, balayage and conversation during it all. I will be returning time and time again and telling my friends about this salon. Highly recommend it.

I hadn't been to Cross Cross for many years, but my appointments have never disappointed me. I am happy with the haircut I got & with the extra knowledge I gained about Brazilian Blowouts & color. I will be scheduling another appointment to get those 2 services done in the near future. Thanks to my stylist for squeezing me in.

Never have myself and my wife been treated so poorly by people we were paying to do something. Called and scheduled another client in front of my while I was sitting there an hour after the appointment that I made. Had they done a decent job it would have almost been simply a bad experience. I am not going back. Let them make snide remarks with someone else.

Be careful of unexpected charges. The service I had done included a style. I was asked if I wanted a style after, I said, "Yes" (I mean their website said it was included). I was charged an additional $23. I was so caught off guard I didn't say anything... I have debated leaving this review since. I'm leaving 2 stars because they did a great with my hair... Just just be cautious of the unknow, unfair upcharge.
