My first haircut in Alaska! I’m super happy with Amy! Showed her 3 pictures of what I would like and then gave her free hand to do what she felt right for me! And boy, was I right! Amy did an awesome job! Thank you Amy 💕 Highly recommend her to anyone

Honestly I was disappointed. I brought my 2 daughters for a cut maybe 3 inches off at most each. Showed a picture and told stylist what I wanted. When it was finished on the first daughter is was nothing like what I asked for and the style I paid extra for didn't even hold. I asked another stylist about this and showed her a picture, she was amazing and recut and fixed the haircut. The first stylist was not happy with me but I was not happy with the cut. She didn't even give my girl a mirror to see the haircut from behind, so how could she tell her it wasn't what she wanted?! I was charged an extra 13 each girl supposedly for length and density which is silly. I feel like it was retaliation from being unhappy with the cut. What should have been a 94 dollar visit was 120 now. FOR REFERENC

Amy colored and trim my hair. It was better than any stylist I ever been to, from Colorado to California to Texas to New York and now to Fairbanks Alaska. She has such positive energy you’re comfortable immediately. Now to Ashley. Ashley is the singing stylist. Incredible talent and made you feel like there’s nothing boring in that salon. All of us in the salon made us put our cellphones down just the listen to her sing and dance. Bravo SmartStyle. What a great business. I’m passing the word around this is something you definitely don’t want to miss. Now I got my Friends attention. They said they are going to try them out. So respectful to us military veterans especially being a female.

Nancy is very nice ..patient...love my new haircut. My old hair was a mess and hard to take care of.

Nancy is fantastic, she gave me exactly the cut that I needed, which was a huge improvement from the haircut i got last week from somewhere else that didn’t do it right. Nancy is a great stylist, she listens to and understands.
