Dawn gave me a fabulous cut in just a few minutes! The friendly and professional service was truly impressive. Dawn talked me through her process and listened when I specified how I wanted the cut to look. It's two thumbs up and a glowing recommendation from me!

I had a haircut & eyebrow waxing done yesterday by Brookelyn. She was very professional, friendly and pleasant to interact with. She is very knowledgeable about hair care and products. She did an amazing job, and I would definitely recommend going to her!

-3 STARS. I booked an appointment for a highlight & lowlight service; Dawn was my stylist. I showed her exactly what I wanted done. She argued with me about my root color. I told her what my previous stylist used for a color and that's what I wanted. She chose a color she though was best even though I said I didn't like it. She said more than once through the service, "I'm the professional, I know what I'm doing." She was not very nice, and very rude. She told me her whole life story, she's from Texas and how great she can sing. And that she does karaoke. Then she played music off her phone and sang out loud the whole service, which was very annoying and unprofessional. She left my bleach on for way too long. 45 minutes in I asked for her to check it, and she was snarky and told me it was

Dawn was absolutely FANTASTIC with our boy’s first big boy cut! She helped our wiggle worm feel comfortable and so happy! The cut was great and we will be back to see her from here on out!!!

10/10 experience today, wish I could give more than 5 stars. Jillian Guptill is an amazing stylist, she gave me exactly what I asked for and had fun while doing it. She’s a vibe and I highly recommend getting your hair done by her!
