I have been seeing Savanna for waxing the past few months, she’s always super sweet and friendly. She’s naturally good at making things feel comfortable and does a great job every time. She also does an awesome brow!

Spent three months travelling throughout Maine and although there was only three CVS pharmacies in the entire state, I was both surprised and relieved that there were actually more Aveda Salons and this one 45 minutes from where we were staying. I was doubtful that they would agree to respond to an internet inquiry as I wouldn't be a repeat customer but was pleasantly surprised when not only they responded but put with one of their most senior stylist as I was sure I'd be put with a newbie. I understand everyone has to start somewhere but I had a sudden health crisis a year ago that resulted in major hair loss. I was subsequently deeply concerned about a neophyte coloring and trimming my hair. I emailed them my regular stylist's "recipe" and Naomi was an absolute master at her craft.

An Aveda concept salon with a very zen feeling. I am visiting for the summer and needed my color done. Ashley was excellent. I was taken on time, we consulted about my color and the summer sun effects on the color. The color came out beautifully and the blowout and style was just what I wanted. She even offered a hot tea while she worked. I'll be back next summer!

I highly recommend this salon. The prices are extremely reasonable. Naomi is great, she listened and cut my hair exactly how I wanted.

I had the most amazing experience working with Ena and the team at The Alchemist for my September 2022 wedding. From the first late spring hair consultation to the big day, Ena was such a pro. We had a small wedding party (myself-bride, mother of the bride, maid of honor and friend-officiant). Ena and her team were able to get us all fit in and we were all super satisfied both with our hair and make-up. Angela did our makeup. She took our feedback from the consultation and made us all feel so naturally beautiful. I would highly recommend the team at the Alchemist for your wedding!!
