if i could give zero stars, i would. i made a appointment for my mother because of the reviews. they charge me $75 off my card for a cancellation fee when i rescheduled. my mom called to see what was up and the manager said ‘oh i just assumed you’d cancel’ dumbest thing ever. don’t listen to the reviews. they’re unprofessional and won’t refund me my money. i was at work so i couldn’t make the call. they kept saying my mother was cancelling when she didn’t. and my mother told them i would dispute the charge and the manager got very upset at my mother. very lucky i wasn’t there or on that call. i’ll tell you that. edit; they were being very rude and defensive due to the topic of disputing the charge saying “i have all the evidence!” my mother is a very professional woman and speaks in pro

The spa has an amazing atmosphere, and the treatment felt even more amazing. Having extremely oily skin, it was nice being educated on everything going on and what I should be doing moving forward. I left there feeling like my skin could breath for once, would 10 outta 10 recommend

Tatiana was amazing! She handled my face and skin so gently and my skin has never looked or felt better. The extraction process wasn’t painful at all. Would recommend a hundred times!

Such a great visit! My esthetician was so hospitable and sweet. She talked me through the whole process making sure I understood what was being used on my skin and why. She gave me aftercare tips and made sure I didn’t have any questions. They take their time and are very detailed. The ambiance of the salon was also very nice and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back here.

Loved my experience getting a facial here! Felt super comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. Tatiana did a great job explaining what she was doing. And I appreciated the add-ons which made the experience that much more soothing and fresh! Highly recommend and looking forward to my next one here!
