Realistic Beauty

Simply asked for an exchange on an item that was purchased and unopened. They have a no exchange no refund policy and expect the customers know that because they have a sign close to the office door and not at the terminal where are you make payment. I simply asked for an exchange of an opened item. The representative inside said if I had purchased it within the last 24 hours they would be more inclined to do the exchange but since it’s past that time frame she cannot honor an exchange. Last time I checked in adamant objects do not have an expiration or spoil date. It was not opened it was an excellent condition as she could’ve re-sold it. As a business owner you have the right to do and run your store how you want. But at least make a better effort towards letting your rules and policies

This is such a beautiful black owned establishment, I had an exquisite experience! It was my first time ever going to this store, as soon as I walked in I was given a warm welcome by an employee named Taquerah. She was absolutely the sweetest and very professional her knowledge about all of the products in the store along with the store history was very educational. Taquerah went above and beyond to help me find the perfect products in order for me to do my own hair. I’ve never felt so comfortable ever in a beauty supply store until I came here 10 out of 10 I most definitely highly recommend! Realistic Beauty is one of New Jersey's best beauty supply stores. The store's products are well-known, tried-and-true brands that you can rely on to deliver the best results. I've shopped at other stores, but I've found that they often have strange products with questionable ingredients, which is why I've made Realistic Beauty my one-stop-shop when I need to restock. The store owner is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet, and she'll go out of her way to help you find the right product—the best customer service on the block. I highly recommend this place.

After just one visit I vowed I will go to ONLY this beauty supply store. This place is absolutely beautiful and the customer service is immaculate!!! I love it!!! The atmosphere was so warm and inviting, they will def be seeing me more!!!

One stop shop for all my hair needs. They were very helpful when I asked for recommendations on how to better take care of my hair. My waves have been looking better ever since! Definitely going to be coming here consistently.
