The people were very nice, but I got something as simple as 2 strand twist and it looks horrible. My middle part is slanted, there method of styling and hold hair wasn’t done til the very end so my hair looks corse and I have a very good grain of hair. Overall to pay 120 including wash and dry my hair should look better then this.

I saw the bad reviews but at that point I ran out of options. I got my braids done yesterday. Agreed on a price with Flora beforehand. Then out of nowhere, while I was already in the chair, what I wanted would be an extra $100, so basically $380 even though I brought my own hair. I was with Serafina and honestly the braids weren't good quality. Messy parts. Uneven lines. I got knotless and there is so much space from my scalp to where the braid actually starts. Flora stopped by and was extremely condescending and rude. I called her out on it and she apologized but she's not a child and knew what she was doing. There was a mirror and I could see every thing. Disrespectful owner very hard to communicate with and was very caddy. Does not get back in time with pricing inquiries; unprofessional. Second time coming and the first time was a stressful a experience because I was getting my hair done for my birthday and I didn’t know you had to pay before hand because I was recommend by someone and the style was a gift. Then at some point the owner argued with me over her daughter doing my hair when all I had was a question or it was some minor misunderstanding that wasn’t deep but tried to argue with me. And I was a NEW costumer and anyone who cares about their hair and important milestones understands new stylist anxiety especially as a black person who cares about their hair and making sure things go to your planning.
