My sister in law and myself went to have facials and pedicures, me with Julie and her with Meghan. I had such a great experience with my facial. Julie maintained the importance of doing what was best for my skin, and her techniques were flawless. Our pedicures were side by side, and the atmosphere in the spa was quiet and intimate. Both ladies gave us a great experience, and although we live far away we would make the trip back!

I’ve been going to Simplicity for many years and throughout the time I’ve been here I’ve seen many different stylists (I’m notorious for doing last minute appointments but they always seem to fit me in!) - every stylist I’ve seen has been fantastic and has done a great job! They have saved my hair from several bad hair days many times! If you are looking for a salon in the Greater Concord area that you can trust, Simplicity is the best! Thank you for always being there for me and my hair throughout the years!

Simplicity is fantastic! The setting is classy and classic. Zoe is perfect! She does such good work, really listens to her clients ideas and thoughts and executes them perfectly! 🤩❤️ highly recommended she is fantastic!!

I had the most wonderful experience with Riley at Simplicity for my eyebrows. I've never been here before. Riley's space was so inviting and beautifully decorated. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. Riley made sure to take the time to talk with me to find out exactly what I wanted! She did a wonderful job. I have very sensitive skin that breaks out with many products. Riley did a great job of explaining each product she was using to make sure she was cautious of my sensitivities. A week later and no break outs!! I'm excited to try a facial with her in the future. I highly recommend Riley. She was professional, friendly, and gave me her full attention. In 2024 my family relocated to the area and I found Meg! As someone who doesn't have great skill with styling my hair and who needs root touch-ups every four weeks, where I go for my color and cuts is a very big deal to me. Meg does a fabulous job on my hair and has even taught me techniques for styling. She also does regular highlights for my three teenagers. The best part about Meg really isn't her skill with hair though (however she is absolutely exceptional), it's her ability to make me feel like I'm spending time with an old friend when I'm in her chair. She truly cares for her clients and that can be a rarity to find someone you can really trust. Me and my three daughters are loyal clients of hers and anyone in the area should absolutely book an appointment with her, you will not
