Shannon made me feel completely comfortable for my first Botox session. I appreciate that she empowered me to make decisions rather than trying to upsell. We all have our own insecurities and she didn’t add to mine but helped me to address the areas I wanted. I have health anxiety about new procedures/medication, but Shannon was informative and answered all questions without pressuring me to proceed. I felt more confident in her abilities because she is a dentist and would have more knowledge of the facial anatomy. I chose to start with a lip flip and my glabella to deal with a deeper line. My lip is already getting some volume to it (3 days out) and I am excited to see the final results- I have never had much top lip so it is a confidence booster for me.
