I've had the pleasure of knowing Chauntél for many years, and she's such a fantastic artist and human being!!! I cannot give her enough praise- I'm a client who generally changes up fashion hair colors a few times a year, and she's extremely skilled at color theory while also keeping the healthy, soft integrity of my hair. This particular session went from bright orange to a deep burgundy/purple 🥰 I'm not a professional stylist, however I always appreciate her insights and genuine honesty as she takes time to explain her ideas and process, and what we likely need to do to obtain the finished look that we are going for (including proper aftercare and maintenance for future appointments.) My experience at Betsy Anna Crew is always amazing. The atmosphere is cozy, warm and inviting. My stylist, Chauntel, works miracles with my hair every visit. I’m the client who goes from black hair, to pink, to red, and then I want to be blonde. Rinse and repeat! Chauntel makes it happen for me and is always careful to make sure my hair stays healthy in the process. If she thinks I am going to risk damaging my hair she is always up front with me about what my end result can realistically be for that particular visit. Our regular hairdresser was unavailable to do my daughter's hair for prom. I found Betsy Anna Crew Unisex Salon online and reached out to make an appointment. Betsy, the owner and Chauntel made her day when they recreated a hairstyle that she had picked out. Not only did they do an amazing job on her hair, but made the whole experience fun and entertaining. I would highly recommend these two wonderful women!!!!

I love the vibe of this salon and Chauntel is awesome! She's personable and knowledgeable. I'm growing out a pixie cut and she's been wonderful about explaining the best approach to get to my desired length. She's educated me about the natural tendencies of my hair and works with me to evaluate our options every time I see her during this process. She also works magic with eyebrows!

I have natural curly hair, it has a lot of white in it and it was kinda course. Kendra colored it to what I asked (not too bold), she cut my hair so the natural curls looked soft, silky-smooth and laid nicely! Kendra made me feel so relaxed and took her time to listen and care. She is one of the sweetest, caring hair stylist I've been to, and I've been to many!! I will definitely be going back soon! Thank you Kendra Adams!
