Silver Mirror Facial Bar - Penn Quarter

I recently tried out a quick facial at Silver Mirror and absolutely loved the experience. My esthetician had such great energy — warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. What stood out the most was that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything, which I really appreciated given how well I already take care of my skin and the amazing products I use. That honesty and respect for my existing routine really built my trust with them. I left feeling refreshed and confident that I’d found a place I can keep coming back to.

I’d like to share a fantastic review for Andrea P., the esthetician who provided my facial. She was remarkably professional and elegant, truly possessing a magical touch. From the moment I arrived, her eagerness to ensure her clients left with stunning, yet subtle results was evident. The head massage was wonderful, and her extensive knowledge was enlightening—it was more than just a facial, it was a holistic experience. I left feeling incredibly happy and can't wait to return. The spa itself was immaculate, and the soothing jazz music created a lovely atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom—it was spot on!

I got a facial from Dominique and she was simply the best! It was a while since i had a facial and I was a little apprehensive but she was awesome with explaining the different treatments available, warning me or explaining processes so I would feel more compfortable, checking in consistently and so much more- I felt so refreshed after my appointment and much more knowledgeable about my skincare - 100% would recommend Dominique :)

UPDATE: 12/12/25 I would kindly love to thank Sina (manager I spoke to) for being both very attentive and solution-based with me. Sina (manager overseeing the location) called me within 24 hours of this incident where we discussed the situation coming to a unanimous resolution. As requested, I inquired about Shardae B. (One of the top estheticians within the DC regional silver mirror company) which I was fortunate to get an opening with her. Please know Shardae executed the facial beyond my expectations. She blew it out of the park from just getting picked up by her in the common area her energy radiates off of her. She is extremely vibrant and welcoming to her clients.
