I had a great experience with the nail tech who worked on me — she was talented, kind, and clearly took pride in her work. She went above and beyond to make sure I loved my nails, and I absolutely did. Unfortunately, the overall salon environment did not feel welcoming. While we were simply talking during my appointments, other staff members were staring in a way that felt judgmental and uncomfortable. It created a tense atmosphere that took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. Based on my experience and what followed afterward, I hope the salon reflects on how both clients and staff are treated moving forward. Love Silver Lining! My hair lady’s Ashley is the best! I love the atmosphere of the salon. Everyone is so fun, energetic and welcoming! They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. We never have to worry about chatting too loud. It’s so fun, everyone joins in. Feels like family! The salon is beautiful! Taya has the perfect touch with decorating that makes you feel welcome. This is the cleanest salon I have ever been too! They clean tanning/red light beds with Q-tips! Love this place!

I was nervous to go to a salon (I'd never been) because I heard and seen very judgemental and rude people working at salons. But this place impressed me to much! The manager was so kind to me, and I get really insecure without makeup, but she told me how pretty I was when i had just gotten back from the gym and did not look my best! Within a few months, they all knew my name. The customer service is phenomenal. I told all my friends about them. In my hometown, there was a tanning salon that where a membership cost over $100 a month with rude workers and weak beds. At silver lining, it's $22 a month membership at the bed I use, and all the girls smile at me, no matter the time of day! I really can't reccommend this place enough. I had such a fantastic experience at Silver Linings Tanning Salon! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and spotless, exactly what you want in a salon. My daughter got her spray-on tan first, and it looked so good that I naturally had to try it for myself and I’m so glad I did! The results were flawless and gave us both a beautiful, natural-looking glow. The staff truly made the experience even better. They were incredibly knowledgeable, walked us through every step, and were also so sweet and attentive. You can tell they really care about their clients and take pride in what they do. Went here for a little tanning to prepare for a trip. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Discussed options and gave recommendations. Has flexible options for tanning. Tanning bed was nice and the place was clean and well maintained. Great experience.
