I had a great experience with Amy. I appreciate her firm, consistent and confident pressure. Her techniques and flow melded wonderfully to create a soothing yet productive bodywork session. It's hard to find a massage therapist who practices with intention, skill and intuition. Her background in Yoga, Reiki and other career paths has set a very strong starting foundation as she builds her experience and clientele. I'll definitely schedule again! Thank you Amy

Amy is amazing! I have had neck and back issues and pain for years and her ability to pinpoint problem areas and use just the right amount of pressure makes the massage both relaxing and therapeutic. She is intuitive and really cares about tailoring the experience to meet my individual needs and goals with add-on’s like Reiki, sound and essential oils.

I received the BEST, most relaxing and peaceful massage from Amy at Concepts of Balance. The atmosphere was peaceful, and calming. I was able to let go of so much stress, tension, and stiffness through my entire body. I left feeling lighter, more at ease and so much internal peace. I can’t wait to go back for another massage. I highly recommend Concepts of Balance!!!

I’ve been seeing Amy for prenatal massages and she does a great job! One of the most thorough massages I ever have had and she’s wonderful with pregnant clients. She’s great at offering resources, support and exercises to help with aches and pains in the meantime and is great at paying attention to problem areas while still maintaining your comfort. Couldn’t recommend her more!

I had been struggling with lower back pain that was getting worse every day and starting to affect my sleep and work. Back in Chicago, I had a massage therapist for four years who used myofascial techniques, so when I moved to Logan last April, Ive been looking for someone with a similar approach—and I’m so glad I found Amy! She quickly identified the root cause of my back pain and worked on it with just the right amount of pressure that my body needed. Her technique and precision were spot-on. After two days, once my body fully recovered, I could already feel a huge difference—the pain was finally gone. I highly recommend Amy if you’re looking for a skilled, intuitive therapist who truly understands how to heal the body.
