Ignite Massage Therapy

I just had the most wonderful massage from Beth at Ignite Massage Therapy. Beth's intuition is spot on, she knows what you need and you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I loved the hot stones, hot towels and all the essential oils she used during the massage, I am pretty sure she even used something cold to work on my tight shoulders and they are feeling much better now! She shared a couple observations and affirmations with me after noticing a couple things while she worked on me that I really appreciated her bringing up. When I sat up after the massage I noticed a sign on the wall that said "You are enough", what a perfect way to end a great massage. My experience with Beth was life changing! No exaggeration! She has such a great touch, and the aromatherapy and heated stones were magnificent! But most of all, she sensed the things I was holding in and holding onto in the various parts of my body and we were able to release them emotionally as well. Beth had an amazing touch. Her intuition to find and work on spots I didn’t even know I had did wonders.
